This petition seeks issuance of direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party no.2 and 3 to conduct the fair, proper and expeditious investigation of the impugned F.I.R. dated 05.12.2021 bearing F.I.R./Case Crime No. 312 of 2021, for the offence under Sections 304-A, 279 I.P.C., registered at Police Station Kumarganj, District Ayodhya. 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in Court on 04.04.2022. 4. In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take appropriate available remedy as per law or to challenge the charge sheet in appropriate proceedings. 5. Accordingly, present writ petition is consigned to record as withdrawn. 6.
