Hardoi, to decide the Original Suit No. 186 of 2014 (Original Suit/1900186/2014) [CNR No.: UPHR050002242014], Mohit Seth and Ors. V/s Om Prakash Seth and Ors, to be decided in fixed time frame as it deem fit by this Hon'ble Court expeditiously in accordance with law." 3. In view of the above statement, the present petition is disposed of with direction to decide the suit positively within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
