The learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant submit that the parties have amicably settled their dispute and have filed I.A. Nos. 1 and 2 of 2025, accompanying the affidavit of the 2nd respondent/ de facto complainant and the joint memo, seeking the permission of this Hon'ble Court to allow the petitioners and the de facto complainant to compound the offence under Section 85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered against the petitioners in Crime No.3 of 2025 of Mahila Police Station, Vijayawada City. 2. The petitioners and the 2nd respondent/de facto complainant are present in the Court. The parties were identified by the respective counsel and identity cards of both the parties were verified. 3. The 2nd respondent submits that, pursuant to the intervention of well- wishers, she has withdrawn the allegations made against the petitioners. She further confirmed that the compromise was reached voluntarily, without coercion or undue influence. 4. Recording the submissions of the 2nd respondent, I.A. Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are allowed and the proceedings in Crime No.3 of 2025 of Mahila Police Station, Vijayawada City, NTR District, against the 3 petitioners for the offence under Section 85 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, are hereby quashed. 5.
