The land of the petitioners is proposed to be purchased by the State or its agencies. It has not been purchased yet. Learned counsel for the petitioners says that the sale consideration should be calculated of treating the land as commercial land. The Writ Petition is premature at this stage. The petitioners cannot be compelled to sell their land unless they get adequate compensation. They can negotiate as per law with proposed purchaser, unless it is compulsorily acquired, in which case, it will have to be done as per law. The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
