Sri Ram Kumar Singh, learned counsel for respondent no.2 has filed affidavit of compliance duly sworn by Ms. Mohini Kesarwani, Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Banki, District- Barabanki, which is taken on record. Sri Ram Kumar Singh submits that except the salary of July month, all the due amount has been paid to the applicant. He further submits that remaining amount will be credited in the account of the applicant very soon. 2. Considering the contents of the order of this Court as well as affidavit of compliance, this Court is of the view that the order in question has already been complied with. 3. Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed. 4. However, it is open to the applicant that in case the alleged remaining amount is not credited in his account, he can move recall application.
