A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Ashok Mehta, learned Additional Advocate General that the petitioner has already filed a review/recall application against the impugned orders dated 21.03.2024 and 24.08.2024 and, therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. 3. In response to the aforesaid objection, Sri Anurag Khanna, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that a direction may be issued to the respondent no.2 to decide the review/recall application of the petitioner, expeditiously, on the next date fixed i.e. 07.03.2025. 4. In view of the aforesaid fact, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent no.2, Assistant Labour Commissioner, NOIDA Region, Gautam Buddh Nagar, to make an endeavour to decide the review/recall of the petitioner on the next date fixed i.e. 07.03.2025 and if for any reason, he could not decide the same on the date fixed, he may decide the same within a period of four weeks from today. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed off.
