By the said order, petitioners’ appeal filed under Uttarakhand Mineral (Prevention of Illegal Mining, Illegal Trasnport, Illegal Storage) Rules, 2021 against District Magistrate order, was dismissed. 4. Learned State Counsel, on instructions, submits that after dismissal of appeal, petitioners have remedy of filing revision before State Government under Rule 16 of the aforesaid Rules. 5. This submission is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioners. 6. Since petitioners have a statutory remedy of filing revision under Rule 16 of the said Rules, therefore, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to petitioners to approach the revisional forum. If petitioners file revision within three weeks from today, the same shall be heard and decided on merits.
