In this regard, he has sent a representation and the same has not been considered. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that they have called the petitioner for enquiry based on the complaint given by the private party and apart from that they have not harassed him under the guise of enquiry.
