Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 06.04.2024 whereby the registration of the petitioner has been cancelled, as well as the order dated 11.04.2025 whereby the appeal was dismissed. 3. Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he could not file the reply as notice was not served properly, however, he states that returns were filed. 4. Considering the fact that the order has been passed without considering the defence of the petitioner, the present petition is allowed. 5. Orders dated 06.04.2024 and 11.04.2025 are set aside. 6. Matter is remanded back to the assessing authority to pass fresh order after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
