And 2 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ashwani Kumar,Ashok Kumar Bhaskar,Subhash Chandra Yadav Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Anurag Srivastava,Satyajit Banerji Hon'ble Rajan Roy,J. Hon'ble Om Prakash Shukla,J. Ms. Shraddha Agrawal, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of opp. party No. 3 by filing her vakalatnama, which is taken on record. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. The petitioner has filed this writ petition mainly praying for a direction to the respondent- Authorities to provide the benefit of the insurance claim under the Scheme of Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojna to her. She further prays for a direction to the respondent- Authorities to pay the amount of economic imbursement to her as her husband has died in a road accident. The applicant's husband and his father, who was the nominee, both have died. The Bank's Counsel says that the death- certificate, which was required has not been submitted by the petitioner. If the same is submitted in respect of both the deceased persons, then needful shall be done so far as the insurance amount is concerned and the matter would be forwarded to the Insurance Company after completing all the formalities on the portal. Insurance Company's counsel obviously says that no claim has been submitted. Let the petitioner do the needful after which the opp. parties shall consider the claim as per law, but with expedition. With these observations/directions the writ petition is disposed of. (Om Prakash Shukla, J.) (Rajan Roy, J.)
