Page No.# 2/2 This petition under Section 482 BNSS is filed for granting the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners, namely, Mridul Roy and Irshad Hussain, apprehending arrest in connection with Kokrajhar P.S. Case No. 263/2024 registered u/s 108 of the BNS. Mr. R. R. Kaushik, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Assam appearing for the State respondent submits that Final Report has been submitted in this case on 25.06.2025. In view of above development, the apprehension of the petitioner regarding arrest actually does not exist anymore. Nevertheless, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 10.06.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the same terms and conditions.
