This is third bail application filed under Section 483 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 on behalf of the applicant for grant of regular bail to him. First bail application bearing MCRC No.7618 of 2023 was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 08.12.2023. His second bail application bearing MCRC No.2775 of 2024 was also dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 02.05.2024. 2. Applicant is in custody in connection with Crime No.227/2023 registered at Police Station Tikrapara, Raipur, District-Raipur(C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 294, 323, 506, 427, 147, 148, 149 of IPC. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application, at this stage, with liberty to file repeat application for grant of regular bail to the applicant along with all supporting documents. 4.
