Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record. 2. Heard. 3. Petitioner alleges interference in his Bhumidhari rights in respect of land bearing Gata no.449sa (0.7590 hectare) situated at village-Dhawan, Pargana, Tehsil and District-Lucknow. 4. After hearing the parties what comes out is that some proceedings under Section 30 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 for correction of map in respect of the said Gata are pending at the behest of the petitioner. The proceedings for demarcation of the Gata can take place only after the said map correction proceedings are over. 5. Let the proceedings for correction of map be concluded at the earliest say within two months. Thereafter, if the occasion so arises, demarcation proceedings can be initiated as per law. Whatever construction etc. being undertaken by the Nagar Nigam on the land in dispute will abide by the result of said proceedings subject to the right of appeal or challenge available to the Nagar Nigam with regard to the aforesaid proceedings. 6.
