Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow to expedite and decide the Matrimonial Case No. 716/2025, under Section 13(B) Hindu Marriage Act styled as Smt. Annu Singh Vs. James, contained as Anneuxure No. 2 during the pendency of writ petition." 3. The present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to move an application for early hearing in view of the fact that the divorce is sought by the mutual consent. The Principal Judge, Family Court shall endeavour to decide the same expeditiously preferably within a period of six months.
