The institution of this writ petition came to take place on 08.12.2025 but the case came to be posted for admission hearing on 16.12.2025. 2. Coinciding with date of institution of this writ petition, by virtue of an Order No.4581/2025 dated 08.12.2025 Headquarters J&K Police, Jammu had ordered blacklisting of the petitioner for a period of two (2) years. 3. The petitioner was not aware of the contemporaneous development as such in the light of the debarment of the petitioner as slapped by the Police Headquarter, J&K. 4. The purpose for which this writ petition has been instituted by the petitioner may not survive as until and Supplementary List I Serial No.141 2 WP(C) No.3554/2025 unless an Order No.4581/2025 is called into question from the end of the petitioner if it chooses to do so. 5. Consequently, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy vis-à-vis Order No.4581/2025 and correspondingly to salvage its right to participate in the bid process, as may be put into effect by the Headquarter J&K Police. 6.
