By referring to the documents appended therewith, he submitted that appropriate decision on the representation of the petitioner has been taken favourably. He further drawn the attention of the Court to Annexure B, appended with the instructions and submitted that the petitioner has been called upon to deposit the requisite documents related to the pension, so that her case can be sent to the office of the Accountant General.
