This is application under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre- arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Sofiqul Rahman @ Chapikul Rahman, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Agomoni P.S. Case No. 68/2025 under Sections 329(4)/64/351(2)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam, on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Agomoni P.S. Case No. 68/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 93/2025 dated 09.08.2025. 4. In view of the submission of the Charge Sheet in said Agomoni P.S. Case No. 68/2025, the petitioner is directed to approach the learned Trial Court seeking regular bail, which may be considered in accordance with law. 5.
