CCP 8/2025 & CCP 4/2023:
Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the judgment of the writ court stands implemented and the requisite appointment
order will be issued once the verification relating to the character and antecedents of the petitioner is received. In this regard, he has produced copy of the communication dated 04.02.2026 which is taken on record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has admitted this position and he has submitted that the judgment stands implemented.
In view of the above, the Rule framed against the respondent is discharged and the contempt proceedings are closed.
CPSW No. 685/2018:
Since the judgment of the writ court stands complied with as above, the proceedings against the respondents are dropped and the contempt petition is accordingly disposed of.
