Issue a writ in nature of certiorari for quashing the oral termination order dated 01.02.2022 passed by the opposite party no.3 and as well as the order dated 31.03.2022 passed by the opposite party no.1 as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition. ii. Issue of a writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parities to regularize the service of the petitioner on the post of Mali and direct the opposite party no.3 to take the work from the petitioner on the post of Mali and pay the regular salary as regular employee of the department of forest. ....." For the reasons indicated in the affidavit filed in support of application for withdrawal of Writ Petition, which is allowed. Petition is therefore dismissed as not pressed without any adverse effect upon benefit already granted to petitioner.
