The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). direct the Opposite Party No. 1 i.e. The Court of Learned Civil Judge Junior Division, Hawali, Faizabad/Ayodhya to decide the Original Suit No. 385 of 2011; Ram Acchaibr Vs. Banshilal and others, expeditiously as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit which is pending before Opposite Party No. 1 since 31.05.2011 (contained in Annexure No.1 to this petition), in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2011, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
