As seen from the proceeding sheet, this Court on 21.03.2016 while issuing „Rule Nisi‟ has not granted any interim order. 4. On hearing, learned Government Pleader for Endowments submits that as the Writ Petition is filed challenging the proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent on 03.02.2016, on cause survives in the Writ Petition at present and it may be closed. 5. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 6.
