Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). direct the opposite party 1 to decide the Civil Suit bearing Original Suit No. 897/2015, (Jangali Singh Versus Ram Prasad and others) filed by the petitioner 'suit for permanent injection and recovery of possession after demolition', which is pending since 15.12.2015, within the stipulated period of time, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2015, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
