These cases were listed under the heading ‘Speaking to the Minutes’ for the reason that Mr. Sumeet Raj Sharma, learned counsel and Mr. Rajpal Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General, for the petitioner, in the respective petitions, have pointed out that on account of transfer of the case to the Court of learned Principal District Judge, Shimla, District Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, the order passed on 29.05.2025 be modified by incorporating therein that the file be transferred to the Court of learned Principal District Judge, Shimla, H.P, by the Registry of this Court. Mr. Sumeet Raj Sharma, learned counsel and Mr. Rajpal Thakur, learned Additional Advocate General submit that they have no objection to the submissions so made in the respective petitions. In the light of the same, order dated 29.05.2025 is modified to the extent that Registry of the High Court is directed to transfer the present files to the Court of learned Principal District Judge, Shimla, H.P. As prayed for, let the parties to appear before the Court of learned Principal District Judge, Shimla, H.P, on 23.06.2025.
