This petition seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the First Information Report dated 09.04.2025 bearing Case Crime No.0059 of 2025, under Sections 69,352,351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Police Station Punchperwa, District Balrampur. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for petitioners prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to take appropriate proceedings before any other appropriate Court as permissible under the law.
