Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that Section 64(1) of the B.N.S.,2023 has been added during course of the police investigation. In view thereof, learned counsel for petitioner prays to withdraw present writ petition with liberty to file fresh petition with correct descriptions of the parties and details.
