Deputy Director of Consolidation, District Ayodhya, next date is fixed as 24.04.2025, in the interest of justice" On account of some formal defects crept in this petition, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition with proper prayer(s), pleadings and documents in support thereof. The aforesaid has not been opposed. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. Office is directed to return certified/original copies of the documents annexed with this petition to the learned counsel for the petitioner as per relevant Rules in this regard.
