This Court, vide order dated 16.08.2024, passed in MCRC No. 5337 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Ravi Kumar Tiwari @ Rocky Tiwari @ Ravichandra Tiwari, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Bhatapara, District – Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, District – Balodabazar-Bhatapara (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 28.02.2025 has requested for grant of 2 month’s time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that a total of 12 prosecution witnesses have been examined in the present case, and the trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of 2 month’s time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of two months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
