Bal Vikas Sewa Evam Pustahar Vibhag Lko. And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Ram Pheran Dwivedi,Anubhav Dwivedi Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Karunesh Singh Pawar,J. List is being revised. None appears for the petitioner however, learned standing counsel for the State-respondents is present. Learned standing counsel, on the basis of written instructions which are taken on record, submits that in the Gram Panchayat Chandrakhabujurg, there were three different anganwadi centres. The respondent No.6 was entitled to apply for all the three centers under BPL category, she has secured highest merit i.e. 15.314 point and petitioner Reeta Devi who is also a BPL category candidate has secured only 5.22 point in merit thus, the petitioner has been found to be lower in merit and accordingly has not been selected. He further submits that the selection has been done in terms of the Government Order dated 21.03.2023. In view of these instructions and considering the fact that selection has been done in terms of the Government Order dated 21.03.2023 and the candidate who has secured higher merit has been given priority and has been accordingly selected, this Court does not find any illegality in the impugned selection. The petition being devoid of merit is accordingly dismissed. Order Date :- 12.5.2025 Saurabh Yadav/- Digitally signed by :- SAURABH YADAV High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
