The present petition has been filed with the following prayer : "Issue a direction, to direct the Learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C.-2nd, Gonda to decide the Pending Suit bearing General Suit No.1605/2024 namely 'Ram Her versus Manoj Kumar and Others', Pending Since 09/07/2024, expeditiously within a reasonable time, on the basis of day-by-day hearing or week-by-week hearing after ignoring adjournments of either party to the case. (Contained as Annexure No. 1.) In the interest of justice." 3. Considering the prayer limited to the issue of mandamus and the fact that the Suit is of the year 2024, the preset petition is disposed off with direction that in case the application is filed for early hearing of the suit, the same shall be considered as per the administrative guidelines.
