On being confronted, after taking note of the particulars of the petitioner in the memo of revision i.e. Kamla Devi d/o Asharfi Lal w/o Ram Surat and in the present petition i.e. Kamla Devi d/o Makhaudi Lal w/o Ram Surat, learned Counsel has submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh. To the aforesaid prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
