Mr.K.Sathish Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3. Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. He further submits that the petitioner has 25 previous cases. Hence, he prays to modify the condition. 4. Admittedly, the petitioner has complied the condition for the past 85 days. Hence, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition. 5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.20613 of 2024, dated 10.01.2025 is hereby fully relaxed. The other conditions shall hold good.
