This appeal arises out of impugned judgment dated 23.02.2007 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Pendraroad, Chhattisgarh, in Session Case No.101/2006. 2. Learned Counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the sole appellant died, therefore, the appeal stands abated. As per bailable warrant dated 05.02.2025, report dated 18.03.2025, received from Police Station Pendra, District Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi (C.G.), it has been informed that the appellant has died. Death certificate of sole appellant Chhotaiya @ Loknath Choudhary S/o Ramanand Choudhary certified by Police Station Pendra is also annexed with the said report wherein, it is mentioned that he died on 30.11.2021. 4. In view of above, as sole appellant Chhotaiya @ Loknath Choudhary S/o Ramanand Choudhary died on 30.11.2021, and no representation has been made for bringing legal heirs of the sole appellant on record, therefore, this appeal is dismissed as having abated.
