The only grievance of the petitioner is that vide letter dated 20.08.2019, Under Secretary to the State Government while communicating to a Member of Legislative Assembly from Ayodhya about non-fulfillment of parameters for being recommended for inclusion as scheduled caste in the constitutional order in respect of nine castes, Kahar and Dhuriya have not been considered. Submission is that any process for inclusion of these castes or sub-castes in the presidential order is to be initiated by the State Government, therefore, the State Government has to take a decision in the matter. 6. Petitioners may approach opposite party no.3 in this regard who may look into the matter as to how far claim of the petitioner is tenable for recommendation. 7.
