Perusal of the record would reveal that card notice was earlier issued and office vide its report dated 19.03.2025 has reported that undelivered envelope of card notice issued through registered post to the sole petitioner vide dispatch no.1570 dated 18.02.2025 has been received back with the remark of postal department "Recipient could not be traced without house number and chamber number, return to sender". 2. In view of above, it appears that since this matter pertains to the year 2000, petitioner has lost his interest in pursuing this case and even otherwise, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.
