Issue a suitable, order or direction commanding Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), South, Court No. 24, Sultanpur to decide the proceeding under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC bearing Application No. 4G2 in O. S. No. 761/2025, 'Sumitra Devi. Vs. Neeraj Kumar and Others.', expeditiously within such period as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice. 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
