(Oral) Applicant Navjot Singh Jathol is in judicial custody in FIR No. 232 of 2024 dated 13.10.2024, under Sections 61(2)(a) read with Section 190, 109, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2), 352 of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, P.S. Dineshpur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that though the applicant is named in the FIR, but the witnesses have not stated anything against the applicant during investigation; even the injured has not named the applicant in his statement. 4. Learned State Counsel admits that the witnesses have not stated anything against the applicant; his presence has not been stated by any of the witnesses. 2 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
