Despite service, none has put in appearance for the respondents. It appears that the respondents do not intend to contest the prayer for condonation of delay in filing the appeal. The application is duly supported by an affidavit. The delay in filing the appeal is 27 days. Primarily, the reasons, as stated for delay in filing the appeal is the time taken for the official process for seeking administrative approval and legal opinion besides some time taken on account of alleged negligence of the counsel earlier engaged by the applicant. The averments made in the application appear to be bonafide. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The delay in filing the appeal is condoned. The application stands disposed of. Arb.
