HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW CRIMINAL REVISION No. - 481 of 2023 Court No. - 11 HON'BLE SAURABH LAVANIA, J. On 22.08.2023, this Court had passed the following order:- "1. Office report dated 21.08.2023 reveals that the steps have not been taken by the learned counsel for the revisionist in pursuance of the order dated 05.05.2023. 2. Two weeks' time is granted to the learned counsel for the revisionist to take steps. 3. List thereafter. 4. Interim order, if any, shall continue till the next date of listing. 5. However, it is made clear that, in case, steps are not taken within the aforesaid period, the interim order shall automatically stand vacated." The instant revision is listed under Chapter XII, Rule 4 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952 (in short "Rules of 1952"). Oder sheet indicates that the steps have not been taken by the revisionist's counsel till date in pursuance of this Court's order dated 05.05.2023. Taking note of the aforesaid, the instant revision, which relates to grant of interim maintenance to the opposite party, is hereby dismissed in view of the relevant provisions of the Rules of 1952.
