He further states that pension payment order, thereby authorizing release of pension has already been issued. 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2. Aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, substantiates the aforesaid claim of learned counsel for respondent No. 4. 3. Consequently, in view of above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to ensure that arrears on account of revised pension and gratuity, if not already paid, are released, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months, failing which, petitioner shall be entitled to interest @ 9% per annum from the date the said amount became due.
