The sole prayer made in the present application is for the direction to the lower court to decide the bail application of the applicant on the same day in Crime No. 0047/2024 under Sections 115(2), 352, 351(2), B.N.S., 2023, Police Station Kotwali Chhibramau, District Kannauj. 4. Learned A.G.A. has no objection to the said prayer. 5. In view of the same, the application stands disposed of directing the courts below to decide the bail application of the applicants with most expedition preferably on the same day or for any circumstances the date is delayed, the same shall be decided within the shortest spell of time.
