Appellant has approached this Court against the ex-parte judement and decree dated 07.11.2022 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court Lucknow whereby the Regular Suit No.1498 of 2019, under Section 13(i)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 filed by the respondent has been allowed ex parte. Against the said order, the appellant has a remedy of filing recall application. Accordingly the present appeal stands disposed of with liberty to the appellant to file recall application before the Court concerned.
