The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). Direct the Civil Judge (SD), District Lakhimpur Kheri, to decide the suit for permanent injunction suit no. 238 of 2016 'Mohanlal and others Vs. Ramakant and another' within stipulated period i.e. within 3 months in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the party. 4.
