It is the specific case of the petitioner that the natham land is proposed to be converted into seeds storage building contrary to the classification of the land. Therefore, the petitioner had filed a suit in O.S.No. 52 of 2020 before the District Munsif Court, Vedachandur. However, the said suit was dismissed for non-prosecution on 06.04.2024. It is submitted that the petitioner has filed an application seeking restoration of the suit. It is for the petitioner to approach the civil Court to restore the suit and thereafter, seek for injunction. Now, the pendency of the suit may not be an impediment for considering the petitioner's aforesaid representation, dated 07.04.2025. Under these circumstances, the first respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the aforesaid representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction.
