The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the action of the respondents for trying to withhold the amounts from the contract executed in between the petitioner and the respondent for payment of the awarded amount vide award dated 14.08.2024. 4. Considering the fact that inter-see in between the parties, in the agreement, there is a prescription for arbitration clause, the parties may avail the remedy of invoking the arbitration clause, if so advised, in accordance with law. 5.
