This Court, vide order dated 05.09.2024, passed in MCRC No. 6190 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Jaybeeg Verma, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned Special Judge (NDPS Act), District – Raipur (C.G.) RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, District – Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 06.03.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that all of the prosecution witnesses have been examined in the present case and the trial is at the stage of statement of the accused but the accused is not appearing, and the trial is likely to take some time for its conclusion. Hence, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
