Let the competent authority take decision at the earliest, say, within six weeks of receipt of certified copy of this order unless there is any legal impediment in which he shall communicate the same to the petitioner in writing. 4. If the petitioner is still aggrieved or the competent authority cannot decide any issue, she can avail the remedies as may be prescribed in law as there are limitations to the exercise of writ jurisdiction in respect of such a dispute as being raised herein. 5.
