The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). issue a direction to the opposite party No. 1 the Civil Judge (Jr.Div.) Sadar, Pratapgarh to decide the Application under Order 39 Rule 1 C.P.C. filed by the plaintiff/opposite party No. 2 in the Original Suit No. 1451 of 2023 "Parvati Versus Surya Narayan & others", pending before him since 17.8.2023, expeditiously within an stipulated period as soon as possible." 3. Considering the aforesaid prayer, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
