The impugned communication was stayed by this Court vide order dated 29.09.2022. Since the time period of 06 months, for which he was debarred from participating in any future NITs, has been over, therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this petition. 3. Accordingly, this petition has become infructuous with the efflux of time and is, accordingly, dismissed.
