For the petitioner(s) : Mr. Sanjay Kumar, Advocate
For the State : Mr. S.K.Keshri, APP
For the Informant : Mr. N.K.Sahani, Advocate
-----
02/09.06.2025: This is an application filed by the petitioners praying for grant of anticipatory bail in terms of sections 482 and 484 of Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, as the petitioners have been allegedly implicated in connection with B.S, City PS Case No. 12 of 2025, for the offences punishable under sections 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 351(2) r/w 3(5) of BNSS, 2023, pending in the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Bokaro.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.
3. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners.
4. The allegation against the petitioners is that they along with others have assaulted the informant by knife. Though the injuries are simple in nature but it suggests that there is assault on the informant which is also apparent from the impugned order dated 29.3.2025.
5. Considering the nature of allegations, I do not find this case fit for grant of anticipatory bail.
6. Therefore, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
