This Short Term Bail Application has been filed on the ground that the applicant’s daughter’s marriage is scheduled on 19.01.2025. 2. Applicant is in judicial custody under Section 3/4/5/6/7 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, Section 5 read with Section 6 of the Protection of the Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 143 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in connection with the Case Crime No. 148 of 2024, registered at police station Kelakhera, District Udham Singh Nagar. 3. Heard Mrs. Pushpa Joshi, learned Senior Advocate for the applicant and Mr. Pratiroop Pandey, learned A.G.A. for the respondent. 4. Mrs. Pushpa Joshi, Senior Advocate, has submitted that the First Bail Application (BA1 No. 94 of 2025) of 2025:UHC:634 2 the present applicant is pending. 5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view, purely on humanitarian ground, that the applicant may be granted short term bail for a period of seven days from the date of his release. 6. Applicant Shakul Nabi alias Shakir be released on short term bail on executing his personal bond of Rs.30,000=00 and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Court concerned for a period of seven days’ from the date of his release with the following conditions:- (i) Applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of this case and; (ii) Applicant shall not leave the country without the previous permission of this Court; and, (iii) Applicant shall surrender at once before the concerned Court on expiry of the term of this short term bail, who will remand him to judicial custody. 7. The Second Short Term Bail Application (IA No.01 of 2025) is disposed of accordingly. 8.
